The oldest and probably best know of all sweat cabins is the Finish Sauna. Brought to us by the Finns, this classic sauna will get you sweating in dry heat at around 90° C … there’s nothing like it!! This helps you to energize your metabolism, supports the purification process and maintains skin and respiratory organs.

Your sense of well being will be increased by infusions of pine and mountain woods and natural fragrances. After the Sauna a special steam shower and a Kneip are available for cooling down your body.

The Wellness and Relax area is available only in the winter months.
